Moving on to month two (June 2017) of my Rodan + Fields journey and I was able to get a pay raise and a promotion to Executive Consultant! I ended the month with two new business partners and 3 new PC’s. My goals for month two were to get two more business partners, to help my first two business partners get their pay raise and reach Executive Consultant and gain five more PC’s in June.
Let’s start with the good news first shall we? I picked up five new PC’s (Preferred Customers) in June and all of them were regimen based which is another goal of mine. All of our products are wonderful but I believe the foundation of amazing skin has to start with a regimen.
Aut Tip: Your goal should be to have all regimen based preferred customers.
Two of my new PC’s were local and three were from out of town via Facebook.
Now for the bad news. Both of the two consultants I picked up in Month One had a change of heart and decided not to continue as consultants. I realize this happens and it’s nothing to get to upset over but I was excited about them!
One of the consultant decided to keep her business kit and the other decided to return it. So I learned how to go through the process of returning a kit and terminating her consultantship. There are other options such as keeping them on as a consultant and just putting it on hold.
Aut Tip: Do the research on how to return products and business kits, as well as know where the appropriate paperwork is for terminating consultant-ships, delaying one and the reasons you can delay. Be able to discuss options with your business partner before they decide.
Also, one of the new consultants had taken the opportunity to order the Booster Kit. I decided instead of returning this to purchase it from her. You can also offer to sell it to other consultants if necessary. Check your Facebook groups to see where to post a booster kit for sale.
One more bit of good news was RF Payday in June. My June Payday doubled from May. (“This is my unique story; for info re: typical results search ‘Rodan + Fields IDS.’”)
I also enrolled in R + F Fast Start and Lead the Way (Incentives) Programs and received my first reward for Lead the Way which was a cute R+F coffee mug and a virtual badge. These things may not seem like much but they are super fun to receive and when you share it on social media people celebrate with you! Your R+F peers are genuinely happy for you!
In my month one post I mentioned how R + F was having computer issues as they were trying to switch networks. This really wasn’t a huge issue for me since I was brand new. BUT because I was affected by it I received a box of 40 Give It a Glow mini facials ($200 value and rare because this company doesn’t do samples) with an apology from the company for any inconvenience I may have had. How awesome is that?
One of my team leaders also put on a flash sale which I participated in and it resulted in three new PC’s for me.
My goal is to have a business event every month. I was not able to schedule on in June because we were out of the country and then had family in town. I have a business event scheduled in July. I decided to combine it with a friend who sells a separate product. I thought it might be fun and beneficial to have a combined party and both invite friends.
My goal for month three (July 2017) is three more PC’s and two new business partner leads or business partners. I ended June with 7 PC’s total. Not too shabby for two months in business! I’m gunning for Level One!
