A few years ago my mom got me a wonderful book for Christmas called, “Lists to Live By, The Second Collection,” by Alice Grav, Steve Stephens, and John van Diest. My mom knew about my love of creating lists and this book has so many lists in it from lists about success, friendship, and health to marriage, family life, and love. It’s a great time of year to start reading this lists and making a few lists of your own. Here are the two books in this collection:

Lastly, this book isn’t actually a list but a journal that contains supportive prompts and exercises along with inspirational quotes to encourage reflection through writing, drawing, chart-making, and more. I’ve included it because it’s one I’m personally getting for the new year!
